If latency increases then soc voltage is too low or vddg iod voltage is too low. Try upping soc voltage to 1.12V, that is enough for me to get proper latency and beat 3800 by 2 nsI had a problem here, cant use my pc right now, but xmp with 4000 16-19-19-39 runs with 1.45v but latency increases... ill try your steps once I get back...
