B27B and B27A are two different versions of NAND your not going to get 1 2 or 3 B27B an 1 B27A nand flash chips on an SSD or the other way round so my SX8200Pro is a different version

I know, they have different geometries, in fact B27B is faster (1200 MT/s) and has a higher endurance (2000 P/E LDPC vs 3000 P/E LDPC, talking about 512Gb die).

The SX8200 Pro situation is the textbook definition of “clusterf*ck”. Since I saw that there were 9 versions (counting 16A/17A/27A/27B as separate ones), and some are much slower than the V1, I decided to never buy an Adata drive myself (I had the 2262EN+B27A one, around Tom’sHW V2 I think, one of the fastest slower revisions). Happy with a WD SN850 now.
