But there is one thing called progress. For example, the new RTX 4060 will be as fast as or faster than the old RTX 3090.
There should be something much faster than a GT 710 for the same cash and this is exactly the Radeon RX 6400 territory..
I would really like to see that. Just because the 3000 series and 6000 series cards have been compelling their is nothing to say that the performance of the current top tier card will be had by the mid range of the next generation.

Have you looked hardware prices in the last two years?

All components except one group are fine. There is unjustified scalping for the graphics cards. I don't know who to blame - the miners?

That's a very good question indeed.

My point is, if you compare the 6400 to the only other low profile options available right now (the obsolete 710 for £50-60, the £100 GT 1030 or the sparse ebay listings of 1650s for £250-300), it's not a bad deal at all.
