Sapphire RX 7900 GRE Nitro+

I'm looking to pick up my first amd card and looking at hellhound 7900gre paired with 7800x3d.
Mostly playing cs2 and apex and also some valorant. But don't understand the testscores on cs2 the testeig is a 14900k and 7900gre and with 1440p they only get 210 fps and I assume that's on high settings also. But how is that possible that's a terrible score. I've seen 13600k with 3070 cards get much better fps then that? Or am I just thinking totally wrong here?
Anyone that could shed some light on this i would appreciate it.

Yes it probably does but what I'm wondering about is that why are the numbers so low. Seen first hand i game that the fps numbers is like atleast 100fps on many of those cards with high settings and 1440p and also with high 1%.

Random question for anyone with a Sapphire Nitro+ card regarding the 'Fan out' header on the back of the card. Do you need Trixx to control the fan speed or can you plug in any random fan and it will run without any software?

Im putting together my new setup tomorrow anyway so i'll find out eventually but Id figured id ask In case there was someone out there who could give me an quick answer. I'll be doing my usual and using MSI Afterburner with a custom fan curve (if i need to) and monitoring with an OSD.
