Sapphire RX6900XT Black Screen help !

I know that this is too late for me, but did you manage or know what is the problem?

because i have bought a xfx speedster swft 390 rx 6900 xt , and it was listed as "fans spinning but no display" the price was soo good to give it a try, and it seems that it has the same problem that you got in yours.

650w+gold should be plenty enough especially at idle and with ryzen 5600x in my opinion
