Shure in its pre-CES show unveiled the Aonic 215, a pair of true-wireless in-ear monitors that's out to compete with the likes of the AirPods Pro. Each of its two ends features a conventional IEM-like design with replaceable heads, which plug into a stock that runs behind your pinna. This extends to a lobe that contains the battery and the earphone's wireless hardware. Shure promises up to 8 hours of listening on a full charge, and quality on-par with with high-quality wired earphones. As with most other true-wireless earphones, the case of the Aonic 215 doubles up as a recharging dock. It comes with a leatherette exterior and a zipper.

these look impressive and the case as a charger to boot.

i will be nitpicking .... these are not TWH, they still have a wire going from the battery/receiver pack to the MMCX connector (tho positive point, better hold on the ear than a standard pair of TW earbuds )

although interesting, i would gladly take the receiver and charging case as a standalone to use them with my Fiio FA1, specially since it's just a 150$, where i live, SE215,( while not being bad , kinda sound flat and bland compared to my 119$ FA1 ) with a BT addon that will cost total 279$ , wait correction... nope ... i wouldn't pay 129$ for something that can be done for 59$, my HC-BT is compatible with the SE215 and is also aptX compliant, but i wouldn't buy a 150$ SE215 to pair with the HC-BT either

always make me laugh when good IEMS/TWH/TWE are touted to be competitor with Apple Airpods Pro, when they were already better even before the AAP was out ... price wise? they are a nightmare, spec wise? seriously? well they do impress the masses ... noise cancelling advantages? hum ... ok good but worth the premium and proprietary lock-on (and the design ... well semi success since RHa/Huawei/Urbanista, heck even Skullcandy though the design was good). well, subjective personal opinion.

these look impressive and the case as a charger to boot.
well, not really since it's a se215 base ... but that keep the price down  (but still a good 50% more than any good capable TWE and same price as upper categories one, that every single of them has a charging case also )
