A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core

I was playing Xdefiant when this crash happened.

How would I go about lowering the boost clocks to 4400? See if that prevents it?

Does it happen with XMP/DOCP disabled? CHE is usually caused by memory/IF if I am not mistaken.

I've never had luck with Corsair LPX on Ryzen 2000/3000/5000 but never tried some of the newer revisions of it still I avoid it as well.

It's too early to blame the RAM. Continue testing for a few more hours at least, no need to jump the gun and spend money before making sure it's the RAM.

Try applying a positive voltage curve offset to the core responsible for the error.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. If you've turned off XMP, then test for a few days to see if it crashes again. Cache Hierarchy Error can mean anything, but it's usually a core instability, not related to RAM. Have you OCed the CPU at all at any point in time?

I had this error on both AMD and Intel turned out for me it was a Gigabyte thing both times only on Gigabyte motherboards and changing to Asus, Asrock, ECS, MSI and so on have always fixed the issue for me.

If you tried that many memory kits and all failed then you should have tried a kit that was on memory QVL, I'm sure that would have fixed it...
OP has an MSI board btw.

I'd just forget about that, because it will not matter one bit. Set it a few hundred MHz lower and you'll be fine and performance will be for all practical purposes identical.

Go to BIOS and set it to manual instead of XMP and pick a speed lower than whatever XMP is. Depends on the BIOS.

Perhaps post a ZenTimings screenshot so we can see what your voltages look like.

Yes and it kept crashing. I get money tomorrow which is why I want to get ram.

I've been considering a b550 tomahawk.
If you feel a motherboard change is needed with your existing parts I would go with Asrock X570 Taichi + ECC RAM. It's been rock solid for me 24/7 since I got it but perhaps that's way overkill for your issue anyway.

You might just have a defective CPU which might provide an opportunity to swap it out for 5700X3D/5800X3D then get a warranty replacement on your 5700X (assumed defective) and ebay the replacement to recoup your costs.

I would try to tweak your voltages first (first we need to know what they are) to see if that helps stabilize your setup.

Early on with Zen+/Zen2 I had a lot of success with non-AMD branded Corsair LPX memory bumping up the tRC timing by a few points. You could try that.
