Oh. Seems a bit... excessive.
No, man, too much is never enough. :D

Once I spoke with doctor and he said there's nothing wrong about it. 3L of drinkable non-alcoholic fluids is something what an adult person should drink daily. Of course, by drinkable fluids tea or (mineral) water is meant. Doctor even said that the tea is actually superior to water, as it further "boosts" water with other positive stuff that get's infused. With herb tea it's important to know what effects particular herb involves. Some are tougher for your heart in higher daily doses, some cause your body to lose minerals after 2-3 weeks of daily usage (nettle tea), some are totally harmless.

I am a strictly tea man. We have a vendor who gets tea straight from the estates in Darjeeling and we have darjeeling tea, without milk.

Closest you would get to taste internationally would be Twinnings, which is also made in my home city and from the same tea estates mentioned above. I'll take a pic tomorrow when i make a cuppa

Out of curiosity. How much would 0.5-1kg of darjeeling cost to ship to hong kong? As I said. I have a friend at my current location that would possibly be interested.

::EDIT::

Also while we're at it. price me up some Assam aswell.

My local tea shop here in America offers TGFOP Darjeeling as well as ungraded whole leaf Darjeeling.

It's not the top top grade but there's still enough Tea Drinkers in USA who do appreciate quality and recognizes it.

Espresso - GAGGIA Classic with PID (XMT7100) mod.
The mod is really worth it: Before the espresso would taste good only like 25% of the time, with mod it's 100%. Coffee grinder is a 1ZPRESSO, it's like the cheapest proper grinder, just like the gaggia is.

For coffee we have

A conical burr electric grinder
Bunn drip machine
French Press
DeLonghi Pump espresso machine
Small and large Mocha coffee pots
Cold brew setup

I can function without coffee, but why?

Tea

Stainless steel whistling pot for the stove (Italian exchange student laughed the first time cause she thought it was a sound effect that was added since everyone in Europe uses electric kettles)
A few grab and lock ball infusers
A tea pot with a mesh pour over
Probably 30 types of tea.

My favorites

Kava tea, relaxing, will drink a cup at work or in the evening
Earl Grey with a little sugar
English/Scottish breakfast
Green Tea simple and plain
Plain black teas, add in some orange zest or some herbs, add bourbon/lemon/honey and its great for a sore throat.

Coffee are burnt beans. They are charred. I cannot imagine that drinking a brew from charred beans can be healthy. But I must admit that this dangerous cancerous brew can sometimes taste good.

As long as life has a survival rate of 0%, I might as well spend the little time I've got on this planet with something I enjoy, right? :)

Amen to that!

As for me, compared to everyone else here I'm definitely a pleb when it comes to my coffee (I don't really drink tea, but then again I've never actively explored it, either). We have a Keurig and just bought a good Cuisinart drip machine that can brew up to 14 cups at a time, wowzies! I like my The Original Donut Shop Dark Roast Keurig pods, and Starbucks Cafe Verona for the drip machine, although I haven't explored much in regards to ground coffees. Dark Roast is my preference, but I HATE French Roast and avoid it at all costs. I also find Breakfast Blends too weak. I usually drink two cups of coffee a day - my Dark Roast when I wake up, and a cup of decaf or dark roast at night around 9:30 or 10.

It's a lot like English Breakfast but a bit more flavor and sweetness to it.

Being Portuguese? I'd rather associate coffee with being human. :D

Although, I have a friend who quit drinking coffee about a decade ago. I'll never figure out how he survived and is still alive.
By now, at least half my blood is bound to be caffeine. :D

I already went through coffee withdrawl a handful of times and if it weren't for the fact that I had a workout routine simultaneously, I would have lost it. But it was still tough, though.
And it was needed, because being in IT meant I fell in the endless loop of coffees without being aware of how tired I was getting. I was averaging 7 espressos a day and this is nothing to flex about. The ticker was not liking it and I was quite younger.
There were days where it would easily be +7, because of all-nighters, late implementations/deployments, CritSits and so on. Even the odd mate that would just head out for a smoke, was a trigger to get a cup. And there was more than one smoker.

But that was then and now I figured-out the balance. I do need my morning coffee, full mug the drip kind. Then 2 or 3 espressos, tops. And on weekends I can actually go by without the espressos. :)
But it still feels like hell without that morning mug.

When I must make Keurig, I have a couple little tricks

1. As soon as the water starts to dribble out, I turn the machine off. The hot water is soaking the grinds and getting full of the good stuff. After a minute or so, flip it back on. You will have to "reset" the machine to get it flowing again.
2. Do #1 with three k-cups.
