The New Samsung Galaxy S23 Series: Designed for a Premium Experience Today and Beyond

I can't believe they ditched Exynos from all models, what a shame that they couldn't compete with Qualcomm, they should have stopped developing custom CPU cores many years ago and just do what Qualcomm did, plus with the AMD GPUs they could have been really competitive.
Fear not, crapnyos is due back for the S25.

Still have my Note 10+ and it's sad after 4 years they still haven't changed their design much; they removed the SD Card slot (even though there are dual sim models available, which means they have the space to add it back in), kept the screen at 6.8" but with 120hz support, same 12GB of memory, finally brought back 45W charging but it was in the Note 10+ before, better cameras but I'm not a professional so I don't care about that.

No reason at all to upgrade if your device works, Samsung hasn't innovated since the Note 8 and has only gimped their products instead of really going after Apple with a real enthusiast/professional device.
So true. I don't see any reason in upgrading. The cameras on Note 10+ is already amazing to begin with. Just lacking in telephoto (only 2x instead of 10x like s22 23 ultra), but I don't use telephoto that often.

I'll keep mine until who knows when, but I worry what I will upgrade to once mine dies......

Solid state battery or bust.

Until then, I'll stick with my Ceramic S10+ 512 GB.

Also, both the s23 and s23+ have 1080p displays...
I have the same phone but the 1tb version. I love it and will stick with it until it finally dies.

Something about the design doesn't look quite right on the smaller phones, idk if it's the right word but they just look cheap. The ultra looks fine.

the s8+ does not have "fake" 1440, the panel is 1440p, but out of the box for some stupid reason the default display resolution is 2220x1080(to save battery) instead of the full 2960x1440
Because the pixel structure is weird, the real resolution is 2/3, all AMOLED are like this, the S8 had a small screen so 2/3 1440p is good, but the S23 has bigger screen with 2/3 1080p.

Rounded corners of the actual display like pretty much all phones make it look like a floating….
