Thermaltake Technology, leading PC and notebook thermal solutions brand, has launched the newest member to their popular Massive23 line of notebook coolers, the Massive23 LX. With design considerations particularly focusing on comfort of use, it offers an ergonomic typing angle and two convenient carry handles. In addition, the stylish black metal mesh design enhances its overall appearance. The USB port powered Massive 23 LX comes with separated fan on/off and LED light control switches.

The Massive23 LX offers even more functionality than its predecessors, supporting dual-USB ports and an integrated cable shelter to store the bundled USB power cable when not in use. Moreover, special anti-slip rubber strips on the surface guarantee a firm setting of your notebook. But most importantly an oversized 23cm silent fan underneath the metal mesh of hexagonal-vents offers unparalleled cooling performance.

The Thermaltake Massive23 LX notebook cooler is an ideal combination of high-performance cooling, ergonomic comfort and convenient functionality in a light-weight and stylish design.

The Massive23 LX is available for a suggested retail price of US$ 19.99. For more information about the Massive23 LX go to this page.

Another one of these puppies. Who made the other one that had a huge blue LED fan for netbooks... Can't remember but it seems everyone wants to make notebook coolers. Looks alright I guess.

Fans on there other one they do are not like your typical 250mm there is more blades and there flatter which move less air that the typical ones.

If the fans the same as there older one it's kinda on the weak side but remember only 5v goes though it. One the good side as long as the air flow id the right direction is more likely to cover at least one air vent.

Antec do one for around $50 weeeeeee. And TT do another like i have already said and sell for around $27.

Is it Arctic Cooling who has that nifty side slot notebook cooler? That is something Im dying to get my hands on for my wifes laptop which seems to warm up pretty quick for a standard system. Id give this a shot though or something similar to help get cool air into the one intake port on her lappy.

The first time I saw a laptop cooler, I was like wtf, no-one would buy that... And now they have tons of these and I don't know if they sell, but sure they do them more and more. I just want to see a laptop with decent cooling... I'd have a ton of ideas how to make a better coolers for laptops...

...please hire me, anyone?

Well with these kinds unlike the ones with smaller fans they have a better chance of being over the intakes. And if this fan on this newer one is like there other the fans dont push that much air not even with 12v going though them.

Although very easy to put a better fan on it ( older one at least ) as it has a power adapter connection on the rear.
