I like how every MB adds and removes things. Its annoying to keep track of. A one point you can set the UCLK and FLCK separately on the MSI X570 Carbon. A update removed that and you get even set the UCLK anymore. I don't remember ever seeing UCLK Control as a option on ASUS though. Probably just named something different. ASUS likes to do that.
You really... really dont want to look around in Gigabyte BIOS...
Some settings are in 2, 3 or even 4 different places

Just took the opportunity to snoop around the 1207 BIOS a bit. I know Gigabyte has completely revamped Tweaker, AMD OC and AMD CBS multiple times in the past few years.

Apparently Asus did too. I know GB has that divider setting on main Tweaker now (set it manually now on 5700G but not sure if it actually does anything), but for Asus all I can find in AMD OC is basically a duplicate of the main page FCLK dropdown, under a Dividers subheading. A while back DF C-states also disappeared from its usual place under UMC settings in CBS, so I ended up just using the search function every time.

Good to know that all you need is on the Tweaker page, I guess.

Yes they made it a little more simple now adding almost all on Tweaker page

So far nothing is damaged running at 1900 I was wondering if that is ok to run everything at 1900?

That's not how silicon gets damaged. You're fine. You can revisit that question if you ever decide to run VSOC above 1.2V, which clearly it looks like you won't ever need to do here.

But even then just get on with your life. I've daily driven 1.25V VSOC for 2 years on the APUs. Hasn't killed a CPU yet.

I thought you used to have some decent 3800 timings going?

As @tabascosauz said, high speed alone can't killed silicon.
High speed + high voltage + high current can...

But you are fine.

You can set CLDO VDDP a bit lower than 1.09V as its unnecessary high.
Not bad high but unnecessary

Yellow is fine. That is just the color coding for the safety. White (Super Safe) - Yellow - Pink - Red (XOC Land). Generally Pink for for people who know what they are doing. The funny thing is, auto often puts these voltages that high for combability reasons.

I will say the colors aren't always right. Some values don't even get this treatment that probably should :/

@brandon7171 now you have it set to 3800 MT/s with 1:1. Make sure its stable and run TM5 or another memory test software.

I saw a buildzoid video recently. Talking about tFAW. Maybe that will help.

Running stable as in passes TM5 or another memory stress test? Booting into windows doesn't count. You'll just end up corrupting windows and have to reinstall.

Ok will try to run some test. Wow I have been really lucky with my OC’s then I have never crashed windows I have had glitch’s in windows with unstable OC but never crashed windows I hope that never happens.
