This one goes into the backplate of the chassis. You put the board on these and screw them into the chassis's backplate (thse give space between the backplate and the motherboard). One got stuck, i missed it and lost shit load of time.
It is all good now.

Well the temps aren't bad but are not great either. I will probably go liquid in some time. I've got 93 deg and throttling but that's full stress 20 hours. The frequency drops to 3.6Ghz so not bad but i need to double check. The air flow in the case is crap at the moment but I will get additional fans to get the air out of the case faster.
