Virtual Machine Platform
Windows Sandbox
Windows Subsystem for Linux

Core isolation memory integrity

All of the above are not compatible with ThrottleStop accessing the CPU voltage control register.
If you need any of these then ThrottleStop will not work correctly.

After you disable all of the above, reboot and delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file.

Bro i have tried to disable vbs
Your Windows Features list shows that you did not try very hard. You did not read or follow the How to Disable VBS link included in my signature. The URL to this website can also be found in the ReadMe file that is included in the ThrottleStop download.

Use ThrottleStop 9.6

Check the MMIO Lock box which is near the top right of the new TPL window. Clear the TDP Level Control box, set the Power Balance values to 16 and 16 and then clear the Power Balance box. Set the PP0 Turbo Time Limit to the minimum, 0.0010 seconds, press Apply and then clear the PP0 Power Limit box. Avoid checking boxes randomly in ThrottleStop. You only need to check a box if it can solve a problem you are having.

On the main screen clear the Clock Mod box and clear the BD PROCHOT box.

Is there any reason you undervolted the System Agent by -100.6 mV? It is rare that I see anyone adjusting this voltage.

Reboot and try running the TS Bench 960M test. Does this test report any errors? If it reports even 1 error, stop the test, increase the core and cache voltage and try again. If you pass this test without any errors, your undervolt still might not be game stable. If you have any blue screen issues, your CPU needs more voltage.

Was there any reason you lowered the turbo ratios in the FIVR window? Intel CPUs run hot. It is not going to hurt them. I would reset the turbo ratios to their default values and run the CPU at its full rated speed. Set Speed Shift Max to 41.

Turn on the Log File option and go play a game or do something for 15 minutes so I can see how your laptop is performing. When done testing, exit ThrottleStop so it can finalize your log file. It will be in your ThrottleStop / Logs folder. Attach this log to your next post and post some updated ThrottleStop screenshots while using the new version.

The limits stoped when i check the "Sync MMIO"

But i change the things you suggested.

My undervolt is stable, i used in the laste year, no BSOD.

Is there any reason you undervolted the System Agent by -100.6 mV? It is rare that I see anyone adjusting this voltage. - Nop.

Reboot and try running the TS Bench 960M test. Does this test report any errors?- Here i can see them?
Was there any reason you lowered the turbo ratios in the FIVR window? - Nop, i fix it now.

Attach this log - Here it goes.

Thanks for the help mate. Here can i pay u a bear? :)
