Thermalright. They make the best price/performance cooling products on the market. Just get whatever fits your case.

No idea how the Phanteks fans compare to each other, but there doesn't seem to be 140mm version of the T30.
The rest seem to be crappy RGB or something bling.

I do have some of those 140s. They are very pretty in my opinion only Silverstone have better looking lighting. They work but in this new age I had to get a Noctua 3000 RPM 140 to keep my PC cool. When they made the WD AN1500, not adding a fan was a huge oversight.

I think I'll just buy the Noctua. After looking at the airflow and static pressure parameters of a few fans, nothing seems to come close.
Meh.

140 T30 is still in the works.

Edit.

You don't need static pressure for exhaust fan. It's not fighting anything.

The new Arctic P14 Max is supposed to be really good. The original P14 is a really good bang/buck fan, but I've heard mixed things on longevity. I really like be quiet! fans and I've had great luck with the Silent Wings series. The Silent Wings 4 High-speed fans are a good performance/price option. The Pro is really good, but expensive and a little loud if running 100%, which you almost definitely wouldn't do, which means the slower fans are a better value anyway.

I do have another fan at the top of the case, and there is a mesh with very small holes in there. The fans the case came with (Endorfy Arx 700 Air) are horrible pieces of shit, so I might need one there. On the other hand, it's hardly pulling anything out, because the rear fan that's literally next to it does 90% of the job, so maybe I'll just take the Corsair that's currently in the rear and mount it there.

I certainly hope the Noctua will be a little quieter at the same rpm pushing air through the stupid grille in the rear. I can't stand the Corsair above 900 rpm. And the grille in the new case isn't even as bad as the one on my previous Fractal. But I don't want to cut it out, lol.

Thermalright, nothing wrong when it comes to the build quality regarding the actual heatsink. The stock fans are cheaper but generally quiet when tuned, simply replace it when it wears.

As far as fans and or fan replacements go: Phanteks and BeQuiet offer midrange high quality stuff, Scythe & Arctic for more budget oriented fans. Avoid anything corsair, 90% of the hardware they churn out in recent years is pure cheap garbage priced to the moon, seriously avoid corsair.

Ironically, the Corsair ML140 fan I currently have in the case seems to have been bought in 2018. It still works seemingly fine.

I have stock Thermalright fans on my AIO, seems like my temps are pretty competitive. If you are dead set on 60cfm fans I guess Noctua makes some quiet ones? But anything at 60cfm would be fairly quiet I would think
