Hello, first of all, sorry for my bad english
Here is my laptop specs:
acer nitro 5 an515-54
i5 9300h 2,4 ghz (turbo 4.1 ghz)
gtx 1650 gddr5 4 gb
16 gb ddr4 2666 mhz
windows 10 - 22H2
Problem: I played 8 hours of resident evil 4 remake without using TS, clock up to 4 ghz. When i tried using TS with underclock using 3.6 ghz (this is the unique item i changed in whole TS software), i got cpu 92ºC but managed to stay in 3.6 ghz full time, cpu full load and working well.
After some minutes occured a BLUESCREEN saying DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE. I restarted windows and the cpu frequency got 4.1 ghz in normal use, its okay because TS is not opened and energy power plan was set to maximum perfomace. The big problem is in heavy use of CPU (like games, stress test, etc.) when the turbo is desactivated automatically and the system never go beyond 2.4 ghz (base clock). This problem is doing shuttering that i never had before. Now Resident evil 4 is unplayable, elden ring, maybe all AAA games (i think i cant get perfect performace with this laptop, but before this BLUESCREEN, the turbo boost was necessary).
Tried to format Windows 10 in a fresh start without TS use (never opened it again since formatted), but not worked, still losing turbo clock in heavy uses. Seems like the turbo boost is useless now.
How i can solve this? TS has caused a hardware issue? Its safe to open TS again? TS applied some conifg to my BIOS so i cant get out of it?
Thanks for the help!
