So it is,sureYes... but truth be told, you need a total of 3x120mm worth of radiator for that GPU and a CPU. The general rule of thumb is 120mm for every 100W you have. The 1070 is a 150W card at stock... ~175W when overclocked to the limit.. so I would go 2x120mm for the GPU for best results.
