Don't know why the OP insists on staying with W10 but support for it is dropping in Oct this year, so there's that...
Anyway my recommendation for a new system & with some degree of "future" proofing to a certain extent is to get;
1. 8700G processor ( can be found for approx $304 USD -
Link
2. B650 motherboard can be purchased for under $150 USD (New egg, etc..)
3. Kit of 2x16GB 6000MT/S Team T-Create Expert for under or around $60 USD (again from New egg)
You can save money by using your old storage devices, PSU & case & the beauty of the above recommendations is you can use the iGPU on the 8700G which will be comparable if not better than the 1060 GT your currently using.
I also highly recommend moving to W11, its maturing very well at this point in time & don't listen to the naysayers who belittle it, they are using niche usage case scenarios to rationalise there dislike of W11. I've used W11 for 3+ yrs now on 3 systems here & no issues whatsoever but all systems are on AM5.
