I just built a 7500F system and I set the thermal throttle to 85C and then set PBO on and undervolted it to the lowest it would go with rebooting when running prim 95 for 30 min, which was -30. My temps with the AMD Warith Prisum cooler were around 79C to 83 C when gamming, and with a Thermalright Aqua Elite V3 AIO, they are around 68C to 72C now.

I also did an over clock to see how cool I could get it to run, with PBO set to a -25 and the current limits to motherboard instead of auto, I could get 125MHz OC with a temp of 79C to 84C while gamming with the AIO. To me, the over clock is not as useful as just under volting with PBO, as the chip will still boost higher and run allot cooler.
