You were using the windows gui version to try and flash, when you should be using the command prompt to do it

Oh, so you're talking about this, so I used the console on behalf of the administrator, everything as was said in the instructions, everything was successful, but after reboot, it was no longer loaded.

Yeah, incompatible bios, wait on what @VuurVOS states, your motherboard only has 1 pcie 16x slot, im unaware if there are any pcie 1x video adapters

For using a SPI flasher like the CH341A V1.7 you need to have a working system beside your current system.
CH341A black pcb version is a no go since it likely will kill the card due overvoltage on the data pins.
Besides the CH341A V1.7 you need to get a SOP8 Test clip which is by default not included.
Can you physically check which brand memory and part number is on your card?
