Since they are new they should offer an upgrade program like EVGA or BFG that will give them alot of business, if not i wouldnt buy from them unless their prices are cheaper than the others because i dont know what kind of quality they produce.
 
They're actually using Ruby as box art!? That's nice!

VTX3D (made by TUL) will be more value-orientated so in a way it will be the cheaper choice, also probably more present in emerging markets and Asia, while its sister brand PowerColor will deliver performance products, like the LCS series or something more sophisticated.

There won't be perfromance difference in reference boards anyways, so cheaper the better :rockout:
 
don't know if i trust a new card manufacture. i know i don't like powercolor. but i like that they ONLY have a sticker on the fan.

That depends what you need your card for. I never said anything about performance difference between models.

I was referring to the performance and hardcore gaming segment, that's a different story than benching, which means getting the most performance out of a card at any cost (sound and warranty wise) = "hobbyists" market segment.

A LC'ed card like the LCS on the other hand would be a better choice for a gamer who plays long hours, mainly because it will offer a quieter solution that the blow-drier and lower overall system temps if the cooling system is done right = performance/hardcore segment.

My apologies powercolor pcs series came to my mind ,vtx did awesome job in turkey they brought prices to down 170$ +VAT for 4870 1gb and 215$ + VAT for 4890 .Linked e-tailer not cheapest i know linked it for image (probably re-stocked powercolors).
GTx275 cost 265$ +VAT ,gts 250 512mb 140-150$ vat , VTX 4850 1gb is 130$ ,They are selling like hot cakes (i know our prices so high vs us ) .
TUL created VTX brand to sell cheap cards at russia -turkey and other emerging markets

Like you actually hear your card when you play?
The HD 5870 is rather quiet, so your point is pretty much moot.
If you need LC just get an aftermarket block, that way it always suits your needs.
