I have a PI4 so i have a lot of OS,s and Twisrer is one of my favs but you are spolit for choice on there. 
I wish the other single board computers could do the same

I always find myself going back to Ubuntu, currently set up on two of my four linux boxes, so I suppose that would be it.

I've currently settled on Fedora on my main machine, although I'm not the type to distro hop until I tune the system perfectly to my needs. It's been rock solid for me, Ubuntu always had the odd issue here & there and it's only gotten worse since snaps started being such a big focus.
If you want to learn a little more about Linux/Unix, I'd suggest trying out Arch, Gentoo or FreeBSD (not linux lol). I don't consider myself at all experienced with those operating systems but using them has been a legitimate learning experience.
