Not sure I will be doing a before, as I can't be arsed to install the cooler twice...

More bits collected. Might just have a full system in a few days.

Interesting packaging...

Ok, I see why people complain about the cable management. It's not so much the space available, but rather how some things get routed in the case, which makes cables overlap other cables and making it very tight for space. Good thing I don't have any SATA drives.

Got this little "smear protector" today and of course installed it upsidedown, fixed now.

Rear case fan.

The cat got a wirelessly powered water fountain. It's virtually noiseless which is nice.

@TheLostSwede I love the cat vest!!!! ADORABLE!!!!:love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love:
Sadly he's wearing it for a reason. He got sick about a year and a half ago and started licking himself so bad that he was bleeding, so it's from stopping him hurting himself. That said, he does look quite cute in it...

That waterfontain is real great for cats in general. in normal bowls they use to drink less. that is bad for their kidneys. In difference to dogs they enjoy floating water.

Does that also apply equal pressure, like with intel?

Uhm, it's made of soft silicon and is only there to prevent thermal grease from going down into the cutouts.

Yeah, third or fourth one we've gotten, as the other ones the pump failed on. This is the deluxe model compared to what we had before, but that company is just making the stupid one that squirts the water out of a "pipe" or a flower now and he doesn't like to drink out of those.

Sadly he's wearing it for a reason. He got sick about a year and a half ago and started licking himself so bad that he was bleeding, so it's from stopping him hurting himself. That said, he does look quite cute in it...

My cat of 14 years had to be put down last Tuesday he had cancerous tumor had to let him go unfortunately. Surgery may have allowed him a few more months, but just prolonged his suffering. It was at a point where there wasn't much you could do about it and you just had to pick the most humane thing for the cat. He was in good spirits, but he'd been fading quickly. That was a really tough decision to have to make, but it was what was best for the cat given his state. It was better that he didn't have to suffer any longer even though he was in happy demeanor he was struggling more and more by that point.

He was a great cat and had a full life though and got heaps of attention. It's been a rough week I was closer to that cat than most people. He had orange cat problems, but wasn't a problem that cat was exceptional by all accounts. Wish I could've selfishly kept him longer, but didn't want him to suffer further and had to do what was best for the cat itself given his circumstances. His temperament was good, but he was struggling too much by that point.

At least he lived a full life with heaps and loads of attention throughout the course of his life and was a happy cat right up til the end. He'll be missed couldn't have asked for a better cat.

Mail day (week? month?) begins:

Blackbox contains the actual controllers that run the Gunfighter bases and sticks. The Mk1 BB was orange and made out of metal. The Mk2 BB is black and made out of plastic. There aren't really many noteworthy differences inside between the two, but with just a few orange BBs remaining I had to make sure I had one before they were gone forever. The new GF Mk4 and T-rudders Mk5 just released in the past few weeks now run on the Mk3 BB, which is also broadly similar to the Mk2 BB but with overhauled internals and connectors.

So the original Blackbox really took after its namesake of a black box flight recorder (also metal and orange), while the subsequent Blackboxes took the name a little too literally

It's hard I know I'd had mine for 16 years when he got attacked by two dogs he was a great boy even at 16 he'd still play like he was a kitten

Yeah I'll stick to 3M. Plus I could never get a good fit on comply tips.

I have those 3M plugs as well, a big container in my closet, just for when I travel, I will take like 6 or 8 throwaway pairs with me for the plane, or sometimes at night when I just am not feeling well and need to block all noise. They do come in hand and expand well in the ear.

Do you think the ANC on those would block out plane noise? I wouldn't mind having something like this just to read on a plane in peace.
I have no idea, I have not tried them, but maybe you could've tried searching for a review? Can't find anyone that has written about what they're like to use on a flight though.

A month back I finally purchased my first GPU in several years. My first was an MSI GTX 750, then an XFX RX 570, and now it's an MSI RX 6600XT. Finally no longer bottlenecking my aging 4th Gen i7.

I did look at the official website, and the graph there they provide, but did not see anything about airplanes. I just asked you because I thought maybe you owned them since you were recommending them, just on the off chance you did own them you could have provided me the answer.

No big deal, once I saw the price, I decided not to look any further anyway. I'd rather just stay economical moving forward.

Finally received my new Akko keyboard, I to go through customer service to get help from a very friend woman there, she got everything sorted so I could make a second order for the keyboard since the first one got lost from Germany to Denmark somehow.

Also instead of a €10 discount on my next order I asked friend for this mousepad shipped and sold by Amazon so now I am waiting for the refund of almost €30 euros o_O

The quality of the mousepad is really nice and my mouse Logitech G305 glides really easy low resistants and my new Akko keyboard don't move around so this is a win, it's a bit smaller than my old mousepad but thing I cannot adjust to :D

I wasn't recommending anything, it was a joke, considering what they cost.
