Wouldn't it be more easier for you to seek help in your native language, or maybe some kind Czech souls around here would give you some pointers ?

If your computer is stuck in a boot loop (bios screen, then W10 repair screen, then back to bios screen), your best bet would be to go to your local repair store and show the computer to them.

Standard advice: remove every optional component, start the computer. If it works, add back components one by one, making sure they're connected properly, see where it stops booting.
If it doesn't start with the minimal components (mobo+CPU*), you've probably fried the motherboard.

*You won't boot with just the CPU, but you should get as far as the beeps warning you about the missing RAM (check the motherboard's manual about how it beeps in this case). Unfortunately your motherboard doesn't seem to have debug LEDs to help you pinpoint your problem.

can you reset the bios? and like the others said; remove all extra's..... if you see the motherboard logo; that it actually a good thing. 99% of the time, if you get this far; your main components should be fine..
the issue could be any number things, bad over clock, overheating cpu (because of bad thermal paste) CPU fan not working or installed correctly.

Is this your board?

check this for instruction to clear BIOS....

should be a jumper...or you can pull the battery also...
