I see ,but you have to understand that power supplies are not something to be taken lightly.
They are literally the heart of your system ,thus its longevity depends on the power supply.
I already wrote in this thread about the unexpected failure of my own PSU :( ( Tt Toughpower GRAND 850 Platinum) .
I have already ordered a replacement , a Corsair RMx850 which it cost me 170€ .
And yes , compared to what you say , to me it cost 100€ less ,compared to what you'll need to pay , but i assure you that personally i would try to find the way to pay for those extra 100€ .
For me the PSU is the most critical component of my system. I would rather buy a cheaper GPU ( RTX3070 for example) rather than to cheap-out on the PSU.

--Having said all that , i have no idea how good is the PSU you want to buy( Coolermaster V750W V2 ) or if 750watt are adequate for all the RTX3080 models .
Coolermaster is a well-known company ,and their V-series PSUs have good reputation , but we are talking about a very expensive system ( RTX3080-based) , so i can't take any risk and recommend you this 750watt model or not .
As i said , i would be a good idea to contact Aris on this matter.

According to the Power consumption results here for whole system power usage 12600K CPU(320W), Gaming will not put such high stress loads on the CPU like P95 or Cinebench R23 does. In most cases you will not be maxing the CPU and GPU power at the same time especially when gaming.

This review of a RTX 3080 shows the GPU can use peak gaming (385W) on its own. Check the review of the model you have or want to buy this can vary from model to model.

When TPU did there test with the 12600k and RTX 3080 they used a 860W Seasonic PSU.

thanks @The King i got an approximative idea so a full load will most likely shutdown the pc since it will reach the 700w bar
but gaming is'nt something for sure unless gpu and cpu are both pushed to max in a extreme game at 4k wich is unlikely
@sith'ari contacted him but while searching for review aris rated the cooler master v750 v2 as the best 750w psu you can get so i think likely i should get a 3070 or a intel arc if it aint more power hungry since i'm gonna upgrade gpu until end year 2022

The NZXT is also a Seasonic OEM from the reviews i seen but does not perform that well. However I would go with the Coolermaster 850W V2 from that list.
I love Seasonic and Antec FWIW. If the XPG Core reactor 850W is an option then that is also a good choice.
You don't know the whole story either, some people get miffed because they abused their hardware and then expect a company to cover it. It's like a person letting gas in a grill build up under the hood and then try to light it or letting heavy grease drip on the flame tubes, which cause a fireball/thus melting any plastic on it .

India's powergrid is pretty bad compared to even poorer parts of the US.

@eidairaman1 thanks for help and all of you ( @weekendgeek @Samiam66 )
someone in pm told me to go for cooler master v850 v2 gold
since its newest atx12v2.52 norms vs 2.4 for antec and hardware buster said its one of best among xpg core reactor and corsair rx series 2021
what do you think about what he told me ?

sorry i just noticed your comment .
If Aris( :)Hardware Busters International + :)Techpowerup PSU reviewer + :)Tom's PSU reviewer ) recommended you the Coolermaster v850 v2 ,among those units , then sure , he's the most suitable person to recommend a PSU(i also hadn't noticed that in your previous comment) , so ... go for it :) !!

This is UNBELIEVABLE !!
Few minutes after i recommended the Tt GRAND line of PSUs , i had a system shut-down(lost monitor signal at first , and afterwards whenever i connected a usb device the PC shut-down !!)
It appears that my own Tt GRAND unit ( Tt GRAND Platinum 850 ) ,which i used to love and was used for around 6-7 years flawlessly .... gave-up:( !!!
I re-installed my backup PSU a Seasonic AX760 ( another all time favourite of mine) and my system works again , so it seems to be PSU's failure .
I used to love the Tt GRAND line ,since in the past i experienced disappointing failures even from the highest-end PSUs ( 2 :eek:Seasonic Snow Silent 750 units failed within few days !! as well as an EVGA Supernova G2 750 which had a problem with its fan ) .
Since then i bought several of Tt GRAND PSUs ,and today i had the first failure from this line.
I'm so sad right now... it seems that i can't trust any brand afterall... :(

Tread carefully with Coolermaster, Avoid Acbel Polytec, Solytec, Chiconi based units from them, let alone any company.

Yeah , i just noticed Aris review at Tom's about the CM V750V2 , seems excellent performer ,although i don't think that anyone knows the OEM  (Gospower) for this product.

What i fear about a 750watt PSU is if it can handle the power-spikes , not the general power consumption.
Unfortunately , power-spikes is something that the reviewers only recently started to measure so for most of the RTX3080 aftermarket models i don't know if we can find such info.
Check in this chart for example ( https://www.techpowerup.com/review/gainward-geforce-rtx-3080-ti-phantom-gs/34.html ) :
The Gainward RTX3080Ti has maximum power consumption 386watt , while it has some power-skipes which can go up to ... 517watt !!
From the same chart we see that the RTX3080 has only 377watt power-spike , but these are measurements for the Founders model , i don't think we have similar stats for the aftermarket RTX3080s , so personally i would feel much more safe with a 850watt PSU

--For the RTX3070 i wouldn't have such fears though ( https://www.techpowerup.com/review/asus-geforce-rtx-3070-noctua-oc/37.html ) so a 750watt PSU such as the one you want to buy would be totally adequate.

Actually , the OEM for the CM V750V2 is Gospower (as i aleady wrote above)
