PTM replaced all the pastes for me, I prefer the tube (siring) version but it is still hard to apply. It has no pumpout effect and lasts long.
I wish I could find ptm in Turkey

Another vote for TFX. Fantastic performance and longevity. My 7800X3D is still happily running on its first application almost 2 years later.
Without any noticeable degregation?

If it leaks, it's not the paste, it's the application. Paste is there to ensure intimate contact, it needs to be spread, very, very thin.
Plus, you don't spread it all the way to the edge of the CPU (those parts are cooler anyway), you leave 2-3mm around the edges paste-free.
Been using Arctic since their Silver days, never had it leak on me.

The fact that you are asking this question means that you have zero understanding of what pump-out actually is.

Any paste will pump out when used on a bare die, it's because of thermal cycling of the die, which bows in and out when heating up and cooling down.

That's where the pumpout effect comes from.

On a CPU with IHS this won't happen. But for Laptops, NUCs and GPUs it's recommened to use either PTM or a Kryosheet, unless you're fine with redoing paste yearly.

I believe Linus sells genuine stuff on their store.
Moddiy is also genuine, though shipping from their warehouse in asia is/can be painful. I compensate by buying in bulk when I do an order.

Thermalright has a couple of distributors/resellers in Turkey judging by their site. If that fails or inconvenient, I just checked and you can find Heilos on Aliexpress from reputable sellers. And the box with the pad itself comes with QR codes to check for genuine goods, so avoiding fakes is easy (I haven’t heard of fake Heilos anyway so far, unlike Honeywell PTM). You do have access to Ali in Turkey, no?

It’s a marketplace like any other - high rated sellers sell genuine goods just fine and plenty of companies actually run their own official Ali stores.

Hello I both used arctic mx-4 and thermal grizzly aeronaut in my laptop but both are pumped out after 3 months..
Some folks claim that CPU and GPU have to have different thermal compound due to pump out effect . Is that true? Which paste should I buy? I just want an "apply and forget" type thermal paste.
Ps. My question is not only about laptop but also desktop CPU and GPU.
Thanks in advance
While I still reside in the camp that "pump-out" is a myth territory thing, there are TIMs that are specifically formulated to not squeeze out from under the die/surface they're applied to. KPX is at the top of that list, along with Liquid Metal TIMs.

I wrote to Thermal Grizzly about this at one point in a professional sense (looking to use paste for years) and they replied that their Hydronaut is their paste least likely to pump out over time. Other than kryosheets and pads of course. I've seen other reports of KPX pumping out, but I've used it for at least 3 years at a time with no issues. Same for Prolimatech PK-3 nano (great stuff).

ps. In my opinion, all the aliexpress products are fake. I read the best reputation seller's comments. It is nearly impossible for an ordinary user to find a honeywell product anyway.
Also, I think it is being exaggerated by many (who also don't realise that using fake product.)

I'm still for modifying the surface tension so the paste pulls its way back in.

Maybe where you are due to shipping costs etc, but at least US stateside its certainly attainable (if a bit expensive).

It is 300 TL which is approx. 10$ in aliexpress. Do you it think it is geniune?
And I heard from some sources in the internet that this honeywell product is "not intended" for end users like us. That means It can't be resold by any means

Kryosheet or Honeywell PTM7950 pads are great replacements. I'm using PTM7950 with my 13900KS, no degradation, only improvement in thermals in the past 7 months or so

I believe Linus' LTT store sells the real deal, and I hear moddiy is also a solid source. The one thing about it, real PTM7950 is... expensive. I bought a 80x40mm sheet, it's around $25 to $30 depending on who you buy it from. If the price looks too good, then doubt it.

No, it just means they only deal with bulk (as in thousands) orders, so you have to find some retailer willing to make that order and break up a bulk order for you. Hence the difficulty.

I believe Linus' LTT store sells the real deal, and I hear moddiy is also a solid source.
Those are the only verified genuine sources I know of as well.

You can get it from pretty much any honeywell distributor. They'll have to order it, but the one here is happy to do it (the honeywell dealer i get it from is a wholesale AC/HVAC/Heating supplier).

Thermal Grizzly recently came out with a new thermal paste that is targeted at lasting a long time without pump-out. I'm guessing that one would be worth a try.

How are the maximum temperatures especially hot spot temps?

Hey look what I found: Honeywell equivalent for ptm
