because of the noise levels of other brands(which is very loud for my taste):

ps: anyone here bought from computeruniverse ? It would be my first time. Also I'm not from Germany, but I'm from Europe so it shouldn't be a problem

I'd want a souped up one with a waterblock. And then of course I would need a watercooling system to go with it. And then most likely a new case.

im looking at NVidia 980ti aswell as AMD's R9 Fury X, as I think NVidia has given its partners more time to work a card with better power circuitry and cooling (even though the stock cooler and circuitry seem to do a good job).

i havnt read Wizards review yet so im looking forward to seeing what NVidia has actually put on the stock pcb.

it may be the case, that as the stock pcb, was originally designed for a gpu which used more shaders. it has power circuitry that is already beyond what is needed for the chip and may explain the overclocking headroom.

the card having such close performance with the titan x could also signal that NVidia were at the limits of its stream shader management engine/s. its only a suspicion but it wouldn't matter how many stream shaders you added. if you were reaching the limits of what the engine/s could feed the stream shaders.
im trying to work out why the performance is so close... because as much as you can oc the Ti you should be able to oc the titan x and the performance should be linear. only ive heard it isn't and the Ti is equal to the titan x when you oc both cards.
looks like i have reviews to read..
