Windows 10 October 2018 Update Starts Rolling Out

it installed fine on my old system, although to be fair I downloaded it to USB and done a fresh install.

BTW Microsoft has Blocked the 1809 update now until they resolve the deleting of files from upgrading some people have been having.

Looks like MS has pulled the update for now..

"“We have paused the rollout of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) for all users as we investigate isolated reports of users missing some files after updating.”

They recommend not installing October's update for now. I guess this is a good thing, as I was reconsidering how I configured my installation anyways..

Updated LTSB 2016 to LTSC 2018 via USB stick on the notebook. Smooth, and now I can enjoy that "new" Microsoft Precision touchpad driver.
It seems to use on RAM 500MB less compared to normal Education.
