The hotspot temp sucks for being only 81 percent usage, at less than 2.8 GHz. But, still not worrisome like the ones that get to the 100s! (C)
About yours, I'm more worried about 82C at only 174W. I get 80C at 230W.
As I inferred in my post, I've never noticed the hotspot temperature above the mid-80°C neighborhood. I could run this card, in this case, with these fans, at this RPM setting, at 82°C for the next 50 years without an issue. And given the state of the GPU marketplace, that isn't unlikely.
However, as eidairaman1 points out, nucleo hasn't commented in over 10 days, so perhaps this issue has been resolved. Hopefully satisfactorily.
