I'm sure it would effect all types of retail sales of the 2 cards. They don't give out too many details unless you fill in that junk & they send the details to you. Its a little more professional than leaving the details on the site so any goofball can play with them.

Nice 1 XFX shame you dont do something about the 790I mobo.

Nice, another good reason to go w/ xfx.

EVGA does it too check it in evga.com :ohwell:

nvidia sales only ~3000 G200 based GPUs so the number of xfx card should not be so big and not a big deal for XFX to pay back some $ to costumers

at least it saves them from thousands of dollars on potential court-battles

nothing better than xfx made nvidia card's

I have always been a great XFX fan and especially since getting this motherboard......this is why! :toast:

Mine's great, never had a single problem since the day I bought it so what do they need to do?

This is a terrible idea.

It's a cheesy way to pull in business, even if it doesn't directly affect sales one way or the either, and it disrespects the natural order of a market.

Any company has the right to price their products however they see fit. It's up to the consumer to purchase them or not. New products always cost more. To say that one product costed 'too much' upon release, and then 'reimburse' people for purchasing something THEY KNEW FULL WELL about, is ludicrous.
