Xigmatek announced the stylish new Aquila micro-ATX chassis. Its design involves two pronounced matte-silvery beams onto which the frame is suspended, which is inclines from within, at an acute angle. The motherboard tray is oriented along the plane of the base, rather than perpendicular to it, which results in oodles of room for tall CPU coolers (up to 18 cm tall), and long graphics cards (up to 33 cm long). The motherboard tray, and a 5.25-inch drive bay make up the top compartment of the case, with valved cutouts running to the bottom compartment, which houses the PSU bay, two 3.5/2.5-inch bays, and two 2.5-inch bays.

Xigmatek Aquila's ventilation system is very flexible. With all its drive bays in place, you can install 120 mm or 140 mm front intakes, or make a few adjustments to seat a large 200 mm intake. The rear panel features room for a 140 mm exhaust. The top features room for two 140 mm fans, which can hold on to a 140 x 280 mm radiator. Front-panel connectivity includes a pair of USB 3.0 ports (standard header), and HD audio jacks. It measures 390 mm x 403 mm x 265 mm (LxHxW). Xigmatek didn't disclose pricing.

Nice alternative to the Bitfenix Prodigy

This is much better than the Bitfenix Prodigy and Phenom.
The layout is much better done and not wasted space.

Xigma is underdog with great potential! In EE they pay for bad marketing/visibility.

Am i seeing things or some utterly moron engineer actually thought that it will be a good idea to place components diagonally? Including hard disk drives?!

it's not like it really matters the HDD platters will balance them selves out.
The only problem I see is that with this tilt you will have to exhaust out of the front of the case for optimum cooling.

I like the case, but this "Xigmatec didn't disclose pricing" bothers me :) Prodigy is about 80 bucks, so to make sense for me, this has to gravitate around that number I guess.

fairly ugly..... and I don't understand why it slopes. maybe so you break a water line the water runs out of the case?

looks nice but i dont like the square cage,

I like it, and I like the idea of an angled interior to make space for tall coolers. These cubes are sure becoming appealing. Hopefully I can continue to enjoy my Lian Li tower...at least until I have money again!
