I wonder if this bug is present in Linux with the same browser and all
I use brave on windows and I use on a Kubuntu (before I used on Arch Linux). I see this bug only on windows 10.I wonder if this bug is present in Linux with the same browser and all
i never have this problem in a game, i dont think the gpu, cause i put my previus gpu and the problem still be there.I would say that this rather minimizes the appearance of artifacts, but it certainly does not removes. Click, but I want to correct myself in the fact that I can still see these artifacts at maximum performance or for example while any heavy for GPU game is running, but very very rarely.

no, it's not the RAM I've already tried it with other RAM,First of all, forgive my bad English. I have come to this thread with the same problem. In my case I had it with an RTX 3070 msi and now I have the same problem with an RTX 4070 msi.
The problem is not just Chrome, I have noticed that if you open the Edge browser side by side with Chrome, the artifacts continue to occur in both web browsers.
Also now I have bought a larger monitor and I receive many more artifacts than before, even the screen of the video I watch goes completely black for a few seconds (especially when I try to watch something on Netflix in full screen) to solve It seems that with the Disabling "Hadware Acceleration" is fixed, but since it is a Chrome-specific tool, I understand that this problem continues on the computer.
I'm not sure it's a Windows problem as it has been altered by installing a new and larger screen than the previous one. Maybe it could be a problem with the motherboard or RAM? I am not a specialist on this topic and it is more of a question than a statement.
It happens to me that my computer is the same as a friend's in terms of components, we built it together. And I have the problem but not him... strange.no, it's not the RAM I've already tried it with other RAM,
I have 2 PCs exactly the same and in one it happens and in the other it doesn't, on PC (A) I have a ryzen 5 5600g with a 4060ti (msi) and on PC (B) I have a ryzen 5 5600x with a 4060ti (gigabyte), the problem is only on the PC (B)
Edge is a Chromium based browser so it will result in the same checkerboard pattern. It is not hardware related so don't worry about that. Having built a new PC recently with all new hardware, the issue persists using any Chromium based browser on Windows 11 with an Nvidia GPU.First of all, forgive my bad English. Hello,Hi everybody, i'm here again and i have to be honest. I returned my RTX 4060TI (Gigabyte) to the store and they refunded my money to buy another GPU. So i bought an RTX 4070 (Galax) and i still with the same problem "Small checkerboard like pattern may randomly appear in Chromium based applications" - In my case i just use Microsoft Edge. I really don't know what is causing this problem - I don't no if is a bug, problem with the motherboard or the processor. But i'm sure that the problem is not the GPU. For now, the only solution to avoid artifacts using Microsoft Edge is doing this - 4. Change chrome://flags/#use-angle to D3D9
Unlikely, 10 is already on life support. Too many of these fixes require the updated hardware requirements of 11.
I am a normal Windows 11 user. So is it contemplated that the correction will be introduced in the next update? thank youOn GeForce GRD 546.29 forum, Manuel@NVIDIA said that (issue 3992875) was fixed using Windows 11 Insider Preview (build 26002 - Canary). Manuel@ NVIDIA is absolutely right and i think that Microsoft and NVIDIA finally found a solution. I think that in few time this correction will be introduced for people with regular version of Windows.
With Windows Insider build 26002 - Canary i´m sure that issue 3992875 is fixed! Later i will try with Windows Insider build 25997 just to see...
KsushaTeaKisa - Let's have a beer to celebrate!
i really don't know how much time will take to Microsoft introduce this correction to people with regular versions of Windows... but the important is that all this trouble was caused by Microsoft Windows and not by AMD Driver, Chromium or NVIDIA hardware.I am a normal Windows 11 user. So is it contemplated that the correction will be introduced in the next update? thank you
I tried this and it was fine for 3 days (tested with edge, netflix and amazon prime full screen with subtitles). Today unfortunately the problems reappeared (black patterns and black screen for a few seconds). I don't know exactly why this happened, the only thing I did was change the windows power settings from high performance to balanced. Maybe it has something to do with it? Anyway, it's tremendously frustrating. It's absurd that Microsoft hasn't managed to fix the problem yet.Hello,
Try this:
Set all your browser's flags (or edge) back to default and switch "Power Management Mode" to "Prefer Maximum Performance". As Mussels also pointed out, we can do that per app by using Program settings or permanently switch it globally. Somehow, at least for me, once I set this to any app, the frequency doesn't seem to get any lower at all: it sits high all the time. The only drawback is that you will increase power consumption from the GPU at desktop/idle about 4x. But for me this is a great fix since I do not have to disable any application features.

Probably a Windows update took place?
For me some Win updates change the severity of the issue, on some updates it's barely visible and on some its full screen epilepsy inducing checker box. It seems like they will never resolve this issue, I'm planning on moving to team red since this is just unacceptable level of negligence from Nvidia and Windows.
