To answer your question, straight from the info on the video:

Well perhaps not given this game. Seeing as how I am only now seriously playing Crysis this year as I finally have a setup that makes it worthwhile. Yeah I need AA and love eye candy but even outside of that I really had no choice but to wait.

Bah, I thought that was real time, I would like a mod like V2 that is in slow motion, I only play Crysis now for eye candy anyway.

Also in response to the Extreme Quality mod, Occlusion maps look AMAZING (rocks on the river bed at the beginning.) I don't know why game developers don't hire one person to make an occlusion map of every surface. The game would instantly be one of the best looking games (This is a general statement, not pointed at Crysis ). I suppose the developers have to consider how much it 'costs' to render, but I still think they should do it for the ultra graphics settings.

Yeah I think he tweaked the shaders, I don't think he touched the textures.
