Key Features:
Scratch Build
System Specs:
  • 4 year old Gateway laptop not worth mentioning.
Performed Mods:
Took out the lcd and mounted it inside a tv case. Extended the power button so that the tv's button works to power on the laptop.
I didn't take this thing anywhere so I decided to put it in this tv, so that it takes up less space on my desk.

lol this one confused me you say you wanted to take up less room on your desk and your tv was obviously broken and in the way so why not take the tv to the dump and just keep the laptop lol unless you just wanted to play around like but odd seems the tv is bigger so using more room lol

I was talking about the actual desk space it takes up. When the laptop is open normally, it took up as much space as the monitor laying flat. This way it only takes up about 4 inches by 15 inches.
