Performed Mods:
I put a window in the side,added some fans and cathodes and also put sum sleeving on the wires(still needs sum tidying up though).
HA, im sure you can always pick out a 1st time modder. Well im putting some money in the bank for my DREAM machine, which should come out a little better- a Zalmen case with an EVGA 680i SLI mobo,Intel core 2 extreme QX6800 2.93GHz,Geforce 8800GTX,Sound Blaster X-FI Extreme,2 1GB sticks of Corsair,150GB Raptor 750GB Barracuda,Sony Lite-on,Thermaltake 1000w and to top it off water cooled with a 32" Screen !!!! Now thats sum YIELD for ya.

nice im gona cut a window in mine soon but the problem is what material do i use with the window? ne one got a clue

I used Optix (an acrylic sheet) it cuts very easy and 3M Super weatherstrip adhesive, works like superglue. To cut the hole in the side panel i used a hand held wheel grinder. Oh and thanks for the D, it brings back memories.

i heard ull have to put a u channel through around the window u cut , and would adhesive be better than nuts and bolts , since ive been thinking to use nuts and bolts to hold my plexi in place

Adhesive is easier, nuts and bolts just have a little more work involved, but its all in what you like. With n & b's you could change the plexi to a new design alot easier though. Let me know what you decide

I was just over Wile E's place tonight he has a sick setup X2 6000 WC'd with a 2900xt
plus he just got tec cooling and a 680i

I really like the fact that you cut your own window. Looks good. Get some damn H2O cooling on it. ;-) And invest in some zip ties and some round cables. Nicely done! 8/10 from me.

Hey thanks for the input, ill be putting some new pics up next week with some cable management. Where are the pics of your case? i cant find them.

Thanks :) I was pretty surprised myself how well it came out. Actually it came out so well im going to do it again on an older case i have and build a water cooling system to go with! Anybody got any suggestions?
