The FirePro 2460 Multi-View was a professional graphics card by ATI, launched on April 1st, 2010. Built on the 40 nm process, and based on the Cedar graphics processor, in its Cedar GL variant, the card supports DirectX 11.2. The Cedar graphics processor is a relatively small chip with a die area of only 59 mm² and 292 million transistors. It features 80 shading units, 8 texture mapping units, and 4 ROPs. ATI has paired 512 MB DDR3 memory with the FirePro 2460 Multi-View, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 500 MHz, memory is running at 500 MHz. Being a single-slot card, the ATI FirePro 2460 Multi-View does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 17 W maximum. Display outputs include: 4x mini-DisplayPort 1.1. FirePro 2460 Multi-View is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface. The card measures 170 mm in length, 69 mm in width, and features a single-slot cooling solution.
