Thermaltake released yesterday the V9 chassis, a new brand that stays behind the company's latest generation of gaming cases. Although it reminds of the famous Antec 900 a lot, the V9 has its unique black look and cool features. Airflow is the main strenght of V9, the case ships with a built-in 23cm top mounted fan, and a 120mm exhaust TurboFan (1300rpm,17dBA). With little extra skills you can also mount one 120mm or 140mm intake fan and one 70mm optional motherboard tray fan. Other design features of V9 include a bottom mounted PSU, pre-drilled holes for water cooling, tool-free design and place for a total of 11 drive bays: 4x5.25", 2x3.5", 5x3.5" hidden. Thermaltake sells the case in two variants:
V9 - VJ40001W2Z with a transperant side panel and
V9 - VJ40001N2Z with pred-rilled side panel holes for two extra 120/140mm fans. For detailed information on each case please click on the hyper links. Although just released, both cases haven't been officially priced yet.
