Introduction

I would like to thank Antec for supplying the review sample.

Today, we have the Antec P100 chassis on our review table. The P stands for Performance and represents Antec's idea of an enthusiast chassis. This is what they have to say about their own case:
With a great price to feature ratio the P100 is the only economical case that delivers first class silent performance. A balance of price and feature is achieved by integrating Antec design with superior build quality. Engineered with Quiet Computing Technology, the P100 is truly in a class all its own. It includes all the features of a premium chassis including a dual layer construction on all panels with silent fluid dynamic bearing fans.

Packaging

Antec ships the P100 in a fully colored cardboard package. The use of color is becoming rare, so it is refreshing to see such effort even though it makes no real functional difference. The front holds an image of the chassis itself, while the rear goes into greater detail about its features and specifications. Both sides have additional product shots, but are missing any openings to carry the box home from the post office with ease.

Instead of Styrofoam, Antec employs traditional foam pieces to hold the chassis in place. A plastic bag has been put over the chassis to keep scratches and fingerprints away.
