Five different users tried this chair out for countless hours. We all liked the chair's color since the white and black color combination is pretty timeless and fits in everywhere. The upholstery is soft and feels rather good considering the chair's price.
We believe that more cushioning could be added, though. We lack of a big-boned person and, hence, only had people of 100 kg (220.46 lb) use this chair. However, most of those who used the Verona V2 found there to be enough room to sit on, and most of us were able to change how we sat, our sitting position, in different ways. With the support pillows removed, a person above 175 cm (68.89 ") would most likely feel the metal frame after falling back into the chair with a decent amount of force, even as one might drop back into it with one's head. After many hours of use, the Verona V2 was still as comfortable as ever, and with the proper support. We never turn off our air conditioning, which also meant that we never ran into any sweating issues. As such, there also was no sweat on the upholstery we had to wipe off.
The armrests, even though adjustable only in height, seem to be this chair's highlight. The first impression might have these appear uncomfortable and awkward, but we changed our minds as soon as we put our forearms onto these since their shape and cushioning is actually spot on.
The rocking function does not work as smoothly as with other chairs. We did make adjustments via the knob under the seat's base, but it still didn't feel as smooth as that of other chairs.
The caster wheels slide around easily. If your gaming spot is on a smooth surface and you push yourself away from the desk, you will need to put your feet down or hold onto something to stop this chair! Use a rug or a floor mat, however, and you will encounter no such problems. We are of mixed minds as far as the caster wheels go. Some of us liked these, while the rest of us felt that they shouldn't roll around as easily.
