ASRock's RX 6700 XT Phantom Gaming D uses a mostly black color theme with red and silver highlights. On the back, you'll find a high-quality metal backplate in matching colors.

Graphics Card Dimensions

Dimensions of the card are 30.5 x 13.0 cm, and it weighs 1176 g.

Installation requires three slots in your system.

Monitor Outputs, Display Connectors

Display connectivity includes three standard DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.1.

Graphics Card Power Plugs

The card has two 8-pin power inputs. This configuration is rated for up to 375 W of power draw.

Now look a little bit to the left of the power connectors—you should see three golden pins. This ARGB pin header lets you connect additional RGB hardware, which will synchronize with your graphics card's RGB effects.

Want to turn off all RGB lighting quickly? This convenient switch lets you do that without any software. I also like that ASRock barely used any visible ink on the backplate, so it's not distracting at all.

Multi-GPU Area

The AMD Radeon RX 6700 series doesn't support multi-GPU.

Teardown

Graphics Card Cooler Front
Graphics Card Cooler Back

ASRock's cooler uses five heatpipes to keep the card cool. The main heatsink also provides cooling for memory chips and VRM circuitry.

Once the main cooler is removed, a metal bracket that runs along the top edge becomes visible—it helps stabilize the card against sagging and warping.

The backplate is made out of metal and protects the card against damage during installation and handling.
