There are five 4-pin fan headers on the ASRock X299 Extreme4. The secondary CPU fan header and one of the system fan headers are ready for water-pump control for your AIO cooler, with a total power output of 18W possible (1.5A) from those two specific headers. The other headers only offer support for 12W of power draw (1A). All the ports, including the PS/2 ports, are driven by the Nuvoton NCT6781D Super I/O controller shown above.
