Fan control on the ASRock X570S PG Riptide can be accessed through the motherboard utility software or in the BIOS.
The PG Riptide has a total of seven fan headers; two next to the DIMM slots, one below the EPS connectors, one above the first M.2 slot, one below the DIMM slots, and two in the middle at the bottom of the board. The two above the DIMM slots are for the CPU and pump.
