The ASRock X670E Taichi Carrara has full complement of USB and M.2 sockets, thanks to the dual X670 chipset and in part extra PCIe Gen5 lanes from the CPU.

AIDA64 (SATA 6 Gb/s)
AIDA64 (USB 3.2)
The external USB-C enclosure is rated for 40 Gb/s over USB4 or Thunderbolt 3/4. The fallback is 10 Gb/s for everything else. 924 MB/s is right on target for most USB 3.2 Gen2 2x1 (10 Gbps) enclosures.
AIDA64 (NVMe M.2)
Using a Gen4 x4 M.2 drive, testing shows that all M.2 sockets are at least Gen4 x4. Without access to a Gen5 NVMe, that M.2 slot cannot be fully tested. We can see the M.2 Gen5 slot is connected to the CPU directly, to offer the higher bandwidth of Gen5. The rest scored slightly lower due to being routed through the PCH (X670) instead, which supports Gen4.
