Deathloop is the unexpected AAA success of 2021. You play as a stealth assassin stranded on a remote island to carry out your mission of taking out eight high-value targets spread across diverse and challenging environments of the island. The only twist here is that you're trapped in a time loop. If you fail to carry out your mission within 24 hours or die trying, the world resets itself to the beginning of the game. This puts the player in a refreshing sense of urgency that's also engaging and fun.
