The ASUS ROG Maximus XII Extreme features a neutral black aesthetic with dark, mirror-polished accents.
The RGB on the ASUS ROG Maximus XII Extreme is excellent, with good brightness and flawless diffusion. Along with the RGB, there is also an OLED screen, which offers customizable graphics and acts as a more detailed postcode display.

Note: CPU-Z was not entirely reliable with reporting the voltage for my testing of the ASUS ROG Maximus XII Extreme, though it was usually close. I crosschecked the figures against Intel XTU to ensure accurate numbers, but some of the CPU-Z screenshots may look odd.
