Board Software

The software is identical to every other 800-series chipset board we've used from ASUS in either AMD or Intel camps so far, with the highlight being its Fan XPert 4 section. This gives you excellent control over your PC fans and like the EFI, you can switch between inputs, including the thermistor. This is important as fine-tuning is best done from within Windows when you're gaming or churning through content creation. Aura sync gives you decent control over the limited RGB lighting on the board, but this can extend to other components as well as attached RGB LED strips for synchronization.
