Shape
There is no denying that the shape of the ASUS TUF M3 is highly reminiscent of the Zowie EC2. Much like on the latter, both front and back flare out moderately, and the sides are uniquely curved to organically accommodate one's fingers. There's one key difference, though: The left side isn't raised nearly as much, resulting in a slightly flatter profile and, more importantly, a fairly flat hump, which has its peak a bit closer to the back. In fact, the hump is rather that of an ambidextrous than a right-handed ergonomic mouse. Overall, the M3 presents itself as a decent variation of the classic EC2 shape, and works well in practice.
As for grip styles, I'd say the M3 is suitable for all three main grip styles—palm, claw, and fingertip grip. It's a medium-sized mouse with a moderately pronounced hump, which should make it a good fit for most hand sizes. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the M3 very comfortable in claw grip.
Dimensions
This table includes the dimensions of the ASUS TUF M3 and several other right-handed ergonomic mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler. For a full list of all measurements taken, please refer to
