There is no fan-stop feature, but the fan spins at very low speeds under light and moderate loads. With 390 W load, fan speed starts to increase to cope with the thermal load.

The PSU is dead silent with loads up to 340 W at +12 V, and the load on the minor rails doesn't affect fan speed. In the worst-case scenario, fan noise doesn't exceed 35 dBA at normal operating temperatures.
