The Biostar BIOS is functional, but not intuitive. The interface feels dated, though not so much so as to bother most people. The issues I have with it are all bundled into the "O.N.E" overclocking feature. Don't misunderstand, the board will overclock well enough—more on that later. However, the options, especially the voltage tweaking ones, are not intuitive at all. Instead of allowing the user to manually select a set voltage, the Biostar Racing X470GTN offers a voltage offset. This leaves the user guessing since the base value being offset is not listed. I don't think this is a good way to implement overclocking, and I think Biostar can do better. On a positive note, the screenshot function does work.
