Just like A-DATA Lexar is now also offering Disney branded flash devices. These range from normal USB flash memory to similar USB bracelets and SD cards with various Disney themes. The various themes present at the booth are "Pirates of the Carribean", "High School Musical", "Mickey Mouse" and "Hannah Montana".
Crucial is also presenting their SSD drives, which were announced a few days before the show. To demo one of the main advantage - no moving parts and shock resistance - one of the units was being shaken vigirously by the above contraption during operation. Another offering is the 2.5" external eSATA and USB 2.0 hard drive enclosure, which can be placed inside a drive bay, much like other removable media.
Crucial is also extending their Ballistix Tracer DDR2 line-up with a red variant. The limited edition variants lilke the Lanfest were huge hits so Crucial will also extend the Tracer line-up to their DDR3 products in the future.
While there are a lot of unique offerings, the usual kind is not missing as well. You will find all the usual flash memory card formats at the Lexar/Crucial booth.
Lexar also produces USB Flash memory sticks in various shapes and sizes. Ranging from the extremely small Gizmo! Jr. over standard models to the Gamalto Series which features encryption of the data stored on the device.
