Finished Looks
The case makes a very solid impression and picking the full unit up did not pose any problem. You should be able to use such a case as a normal LAN party machine. A black optical drive would certainly be interesting, but I used a beige one on purpose, to give you an idea how well the drive aligns to the front of the Centurion 590.
The large fan openings allow you to look into the case and clearly see all the components. The downside of this is the fact, that all the noise from within the case can be heard and that any dust can enter the case, which it certainly will over time.
The Centurion 590 makes a very nice impression when turned on. The front fan for the hard drives has blue LEDs and reminds us a bit of the Stacker and Cosmos series. Both fans are incredibly quiet when connected to the mainboard. So quiet in fact, that I actually switched them over to the power supply, just to see if the sound stage changes at full speed. Even at full throttle these fans are whisper quiet - impressive.
